HomeSpace models offer a quick solution to the need for summer guest housing or a quiet work retreat. The translucent roof makes it a perfect art studio or workshop. A range of models and options allows it to be a simple, open, day-use facility or a fully- enclosed unit with bathing facilities and a wet bar. Options may include "stand-alone" features of Ecolodge Models.

Description of HomeSpace Features
Construction
All units are circular structures with conical roofs. The exterior walls are composed of 4' x 7' panels fastened edge-to-edge. Wood-framed models have an exterior wall only with an open interior frame. Steel-framed models have an enclosed steel frame and wood paneled interior walls. Exposed wood components of all models are prefinished The exterior of both types is rough-sawn plywood with contrasting wood trim. The conical roof is constructed of a translucent, flame retardant, vinyl / polyester architectural fabric sup ported by tubular steel rafters.

Windows & Doors
Windows in Cabana units are unglazed with removable screens. All other models have awning-style, acrylic-glazed windows openable from inside the dwelling. A screen door is standard in Cabana models. All others have glazed, four-light, solid wood doors. Window and door panels may be installed anywhere around the perimeter of the dwelling as desired.

Electrical Systems
All models except Cabana are ready for connection to your existing electrical supply. A 70-amp circuit breaker panel supplies power to the Electric Fixture Package for Studio / Workshop and Home Office models. The Guest House unit includes a 100 amp panel. The Electric Fixture Package for the Studio / Workshop includes two light fixtures and two AC outlets. The Home Office and Guest House package adds a variable-speed ceiling fan, porch light and additional outlets. Wall switches and associated wiring are included.

Bathroom / Wet Bar
A fully-enclosed 1/2 Bath (toilet & lavatory sink) is included with the Home Office unit. The Guest House model adds a shower and upgraded hot water plumbing for a 3/4 bath. The Wet Bar in the Guest House unit includes a single-basin sink, under-counter refrigerator and appropriate electrical outlets enclosed in a counter-topped storage cabinet which occupies approximately 10 square feet of floor area. Appropriate water and waste plumbing, ready for connection to your existing, on-site utilities, is included.

Relocatable Foundation
This foundation is designed for use on flat ground. It is constructed from pressure-treated plywood over a pressure-treated 2x4 frame. Click
