Park units offer attractive housing alternatives for campground, camp and park operators; from simple, wood-framed models for summer time use to steel- framed dwelling units with bathroom and / or kitchenette for year-round use by guests or staff. Utility connection options include RV-style hook-ups for connection to existing park utility pedestals as well as the "stand-alone" features of Geo-Lite's Ecolodge models. Park units can be assembled, or disassembled and relocated, in a matter of hours.

Park Model Feature Descriptions
Construction
All units are circular structures with conical roofs. The exterior walls are composed of 4' x 7' panels fastened edge-to-edge. Wood-framed models have an open interior frame. Steel-framed models include wood-paneled interior walls. The exterior finish for both types is rough-sawn plywood with solid wood trim. All exposed wood components are prefinished Windows in Park W and S models are unglazed with removable screens. All other models have awning-style, glazed windows openable from inside the dwelling. A batten door is standard in S & W models; all others have glazed, four-light, solid wood doors. Window and door panels may be installed anywhere around the perimeter of the dwelling as desired. The standard roof is constructed of a translucent, flame retardant, vinyl / polyester architectural fabric supported by "open beam" rafters.


Electrical Systems
All Park models, except W and S, are ready for hook-up to standard RV pedestals or may be permanently connected. A 70-amp circuit breaker panel is standard for the WWE, SWE and HBU models. Park BKU units includes a 100 amp panel. Other amperages may be special ordered. The Electric Fixture Package for the SWE and HBU includes two light fixtures and two AC outlets. The BKU package adds a variable-speed ceiling fan, porch light and additional outlets. Wall switches and associated wiring are included.


Bathrooms / Kitchenette
A half-bath (toilet & lavatory sink) is included with the HBU unit. The BKU models add a shower and upgraded hot water plumbing for a 3/4 bath. The Kitchenette in the BKU unit includes a single-basin sink, under-counter refrigerator and a cooktop. Appropriate water and waste plumbing is included, ready for connection to RV pedestals or to existing, on-site utilities as required.

Relocatable Foundation
This foundation is designed for use on flat ground. It is constructed from pressure-treated plywood over a pressure-treated 2x4 frame. Click

Quick Set-Up & Takedown / Relocatable
Geo-Lite Park units may be seasonally disassembled and stored. Units can also be relocated to another site to permit natural habitat regeneration without loss of lodging income. However, the unit does not look temporary and its portability does not prevent it from being left in place permanently.
